Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
As a Hire to Retire (H2R) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting global HR processes across Lundbeck. You will act as a key point of contact for business partners, empowering them to successfully lead employee-focused initiatives. At this role you will:
- Execute transactional HR activities in HR systems for employees and external contractors, including hirings, job changes, and terminations, adhering to payroll calendar requirements.
- Deliver quality responses to queries and requests from employees, managers, and HR business partners within agreed SLAs using case management systems (via email and phone).
- Support business partners with simple reporting tasks.
- Maintain personal and organizational data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Create employment contracts and work addendums based on organizational needs.
- Update and maintain HR documentation, including work instructions and forms, to support knowledge management initiatives.
- Propose simple process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Understand and apply basic customer service principles in daily interactions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees globally to provide seamless support.
- Work closely with the H2R Operations team and People Services department.
- Engage with payroll teams and other HR functions to ensure end-to-end delivery of processes.
Your future team
As our H2R Specialist, you will be part of H2R Operations & Systems team who consists of around 16 people. H2R Operations & Systems Team is part of People Services department that is responsible for HR processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world. We are working on many projects that aim at making Lundbeck #1 in Brain Health.
What you bring to the team
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in HR operations within a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in Polish Labor law will be an asset.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end payroll delivery and HR processes.
- At least 1 year of experience with HR SAP systems.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Visio, and Excel is essential.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or Workday is an asset.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); proficiency in another European language is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Openness to challenge individuals across different organizational levels.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to propose process improvements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
