YOUR ROLE
Join us in Wroclaw as the SAP Finance Head, where you'll lead the strategic direction and project management of ERP initiatives within our Global Enterprise Solution - Accounting and Finance domain. Your mission is to standardize and enhance SAP finance processes across all business sectors while implementing best practices. Collaborating with ERP programs, Business Process Owners, and project managers, you’ll ensure projects stay on track and meet timelines. As the primary finance coordinator, you’ll facilitate accurate project reporting for our Finance Leadership Team and identify opportunities for process improvements. This role is allowing you to start as an individual contributor or lead a small team, with dotted line responsibilities within Finance ERP project management. WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science; Master’s (MBA preferred) is a plus.
- Over 10 years of experience as a Finance Project Manager for SAP projects or as an IT Project Manager in large-scale global settings, with expertise in SAP S4/Hana.
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience in accounting, finance, or controlling processes, specifically in CO and FI modules.
- Experience collaborating with Senior Management in international organizations and global ERP programs is a bonus.
- Proven success in completing ERP deployments or IT projects as a Finance Project Manager.
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, PMP, SCRUM, Lean Six Sigma) is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with tools like ‘Workfront’ or other web-based project management software is a plus.
- Experience in a Shared Services Center or Global Business Service is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
