Job Description
As GR/IR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) Analyst youwill perform regular analysis and brining meaningful insights aiming at proper cost control, P&L improvement. You will also solve discrepancies between purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoices. You will report directly to AP Junior Manager and work in hybrid model with office in Katowice.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor & Analyze GR/IR accounts to ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Investigate Discrepancies in purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
- Clear Open Items by resolving mismatches in pricing, quantity, or missing documents.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to improve processes.
- Ensure Compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Prepare Reports on GR/IR account status, aging analysis, and KPIs.
- Support Month-End Closing activities related to GR/IR reconciliation.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Experience: Prior experience in accounts payable, reconciliation, or financial analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions), SAP.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field."
