Your Tasks
- Participate in the Dürr Group Graduate Program in Internal Audit and Analytics, starting in October 2025;
- The 16-month program provides comprehensive insights into the development and implementation of audit strategies, supported by state-of-the-art analytical techniques;
- Assist in planning and conducting audits aimed at continuously improving the business processes of a publicly traded company;
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools to identify trends and anomalies to strengthen the audit function;
- Collaborate closely with various departments to derive data-driven insights and translate them into actionable measures;
- Engage in travel activities as required to various company locations to conduct on-site audits and assessments;
- 4-month overseas placement to gain international experience in audit and analytics;
- Personal mentoring by experienced experts in Internal Audit;
- At the end of the program, we will jointly determine your target position within the company.
Your Skills
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on Audit/Analytics;
- Practical experience in applying data analysis methods in a corporate context;
- Ability to transform complex data into strategically valuable information;
- Fluent in German and English;
- Excellent analytical skills and a understanding of data-driven decision-making processes;
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in the use of analytical tools and software;
- Willingness to travel as part of the audit responsibilities;
- High motivation and willingness to take responsibility.
