The Opportunity:
In this role, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance and streamline HR processes and services, ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance. You will lead service transition projects, support the implementation of the Global People Services Model, and drive the adoption and stabilization of key HR technologies including HR systems, myHR, Global Payroll, and Global Time. Your work will directly contribute to improving process efficiency and delivering a seamless employee experience across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the strategic continuous improvement (CI) roadmap, including cost-saving initiatives and tracking improvement opportunities.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback to identify service enhancements across HR processes, systems, and documentation.
- Supporting the rollout and adoption of HR systems such as myHR, Global Payroll, and Global Time.
- Collaborating with process owners to improve employee lifecycle processes and ensuring compliance with policy and legal updates.
- Driving change enablement by acting as a Change Champion, coaching team members, and maintaining effective communication channels.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification with strong knowledge of HR processes such as Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management.
- Experience in HR process design, transaction support, and employee administration in a multinational environment.
- Management of HR service delivery projects, including business case development and stakeholder engagement.
- Intermediate IT skills across tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, HRIS platforms, and LMS.
- Understanding of the full HR employee lifecycle, employment law readiness, and project management tools and techniques.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent proficiency in business English is essential for effective cross-country collaboration.
Additional information:
- This is a permanent role based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
