We are looking for Commercial Process and CPQ Analyst. This person will be a member of the Commercial Excellence function.
The role shall collaborate with the commercial organization in Elekta to achieve sustainable profitable growth through driving outcomes and improvement of the quote to cash process.
The Commercial Process and CPQ Analyst will work with global sales and commercial teams to provide Quote Refresh and CPQ Analytics expertise. This role will support to ensure customer quotes are optimally configured and critically reviewed proactively enhancing the margin visibility and will be generating the expected profitability.
The role shall work with the CPQ Configuration Manager, OF Commercial Team, Regional and Business Line stakeholders to enable reporting, measurement and actioning quoting issues.
What you’ll do at Elekta
Quote Analysis:
- Responsibility for analyzing the backlog quotes* and opportunities that are in the backlog for key areas around the contractual risk (3PP, NSR) & fiscal exposure (CPI, Liabilities).
- Responsibility for providing measurement (AI Driven) and reporting on quote validity at a product level, exposing the cost, revenue and areas for margin leakage protection.
- Responsible for uploading analysis results to Salesforce Quote Review Summary and ensuring all fields are completed as part of a documented process in SFDC.
Configuration Change Optimization:
- Responsibility for reviewing the quote configurations in CPQ and reporting key attributes.
- Support in testing and optimizing product refresh activities with the regions focused on margin for standard configurations.
Training and Continuous improvement:
- Support quote improvement initiatives / business changes working with the Configuration Manager and Salesforce Commercial Solution & Development Manager.
- Support and enable Deal/Product Configuration training in LMS for regional sales teams based on identified training gaps or new released products and functionality
- Training and mentoring of support teams regarding quote and configuration.
- Define configurations and set target prices.
