Job Description
- Recording financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles (e.g. US GAAP, IFRS, HGB, or other local standards)
- Preparing and posting accruals, depreciation entries, and adjustments (Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end Closings)
- Reconciling account balances and analyzing variances such as fixed assets, receivables, payables, and accruals and PNL accounts
- Monitoring cost and revenue allocations by project, department, or product
- Preparing financial reports for headquarters, management, or controlling departments
- Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of work experience
- Relevant practical experience in comparable role
- Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar accounting systems
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Can-do attitude
- Highly organized, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
