Role Overview:The Front End Engineer will focus on optimizing the user experience, participating in the full application lifecycle, and contributing to the design and development of web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, ensure smooth site interactions, and ensure that the user interface is intuitive and accessible. Your expertise in frontend technologies will be essential for maintaining and improving the overall quality of the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
User Experience Optimization & Interface Development
- Optimize the user experience across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless, interactive, and visually appealing designs.
- Develop and maintain the user interface, ensuring consistency with product designs and user needs.
- Implement design concepts on web and mobile applications using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related technologies.
- Create and maintain tools that improve site interaction regardless of the browser.
- Participate in the design process for applications, providing technical insight and feedback to ensure design feasibility.
Application Lifecycle & Front-End Development
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on front-end development, testing, and debugging.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and high-quality code in CSS, React, JavaScript, Angular, and other frontend technologies.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs in a timely manner to ensure optimal usability.
Collaboration & Workflow Management
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineering teams to implement product features.
- Manage software workflow, ensuring proper integration with back-end services and effective deployment.
- Continuously improve the front-end development process to increase efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in front-end development and web design.
- Expertise in CSS, React, JavaScript, Angular, and other relevant frontend technologies.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug front-end code.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with testing frameworks and ensuring usability.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and best practices.
