In this role you will be responsible for:
Support AP Accountants and Expense Team in setting up system configurations and resolving ongoing finance issues.
Functional Setup configurations in Oracle Cloud, for example: creating Payment Process Profiles, updating expenses policies, ad-hoc running the processes
Analyzing the requirements and deliver functional/technical solutions
Reviewing the scope of Oracle quarterly upgrades, participating in System Integration Testing (SIT).
Preparing and updating the technical documentation/SOPs
Collaborate with a finance business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver quality and flexible solutions
Take ownership of global projects, ensuring planning, execution and delivery.
Strong financial systems support experience and experience in Oracle Cloud application usage and support
Expertise in Accounts Payable and Expense Module and general working knowledge of other financial modules
Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud and support projects
Must have hands on configuration and support experience of Procurement module
Experience in Oracle Cloud reporting, example: OTBI reports
Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes/configuration across Oracle Cloud application
Excellent English, communication and collaboration skills
We offer a hybrid position with at least 2 days in our office in Krakow.
