Finance Trainee – Graduate Program

Your Tasks

• Take part in the Dürr Group Finance Graduate Program starting October 2025;
• The 16-month program offers a comprehensive insight into various financial areas including: accounting, treasury , controlling both locally and in global structures;
• You will actively participate in an innovative area dealing with the automation and creation of new financial processes at the global level of Dürr;
• During your 4-month stay abroad, you will gain experience in an international environment;
• You will be able to shape the course of the program according to your own interests and development needs;
• You will receive mentorship from the management team;
• We offer an extensive education and training program along with international networking meetings;
• At the end of the program, we will jointly determine your target job position within the company.

Your Skills

• Master's degree in economics, business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification with emphasis on finance/accounting/controlling/auditing.
• Practical experience gained through a job, internship, thesis or student activity, preferably in an industrial company.
• International experience gained through work or study abroad;
• Fluency in English, German will be an advantage;
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a strong love of numbers and data;
• IT skills;
• Willingness to travel internationally, mobility;
• High commitment, motivation, willingness to take responsibility;
• Entrepreneurial mindset;
• Self-reliance and an organized way of working.
