Factory Order Management SpecialistJob Description
As a FOM Specialist you will be a part of Factory Order Management team collaborating with our factories over the world, internal and external business partners & execution and proactive daily monitoring of all shipments.
You are responsible for:
- Pre-screening and analyzing orders
- Managing order returns, logging the errors
- Analyzing discrepancies between orders and catalogs
- Creating invoices and letting the orders to be shipped
- Cooperating with Sales and Production Planning
- this is a fixed term role for approx. 20 months
You're the right fit if:
- You have at least bachelor’s degree
- You have previous relevant experience in fields related to logistics or supply chain
- You have fluent level of English
- You have evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providers
- You can prioritize tasks and have attention to detail

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
