Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Team Coordination and supervision
- Onboarding of new team members
- Motivation and evaluation assessment
- Mentoring, training and supporting team members in their duties
- Ongoing cooperation with other Event Managers and OTM
- Technical and IT support for tournaments and sports events in Poland and abroad
- Organizing, preparing, and servicing electronic equipment
- Taking care of entrusted property
- Team working to achieve intended goals
- Testing and helping to improve tools for collecting data from sports tournaments
- Creating and improving onboarding process for new members of the team
- Engagement in project growth and finding new solutions to improve workflo
- Promoting company’s brand
Knowledge and Experience
- Min. Pre-Intermediate English level (B1)
- 15 months experience in mid/senior position
- 25+ tournaments done in scoring
- Any team management experience will be an additional asset
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Act as a mentor and leader for other team members
- Great sense of responsibility
- Engagement in projects and continuous improvement mindset
- Driving license
