As an Engineering Quality Partner, you'll collaborate closely with one or several development teams to support them in delivering high-quality products. This is a dynamic and versatile role with a strong consulting aspect — you'll be involved in conducting quality audits, especially in projects with new clients, helping assess and map out the quality landscape early on.
You'll act as a sparring partner for teams, guiding them on best practices, processes, and tooling to continuously raise the quality bar. From time to time, you may also need to step into the shoes of a QA Engineer to support teams more hands-on where needed.

We need you to have:
- Good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
- Experience in reviewing product requirements and design, creating test plans, test cases and test reports
- Experience in frontend products (web, mobile) testing
- Experience in backend services testing (REST)
- Experience in test automation practices and tools
- Understanding of automated tests code written in different programming languages
- Good understanding of continuous integration and CI/CD pipelines
- Good understanding of git workflows and good practices when working with shared code repositories
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
Your daily responsibilities:
- Participate in product documentation, processes and tools review and suggest improvements to increase their quality
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and product owners to meet quality standards and align with delivery priorities
- Collaborate with teams on quality improvements
- Evangelise and train teams about the SQA process to continuously improve the development and delivery process
- Keep an eye on quality metrics and KPIs
- Participate in the code review process for test automation code
- Work on improving the quality of consultation services offered by Incubly
Would be great if you had:
- Experience in the creation of a test strategy/test approach at the company level
- Success stories of SDLC process improvements implementation
- Experience in a QA team manager/leader role
- Experience working in an international environment

- Remuneration: 22 000 – 25 000 PLN gross/ month on the Employment Agreement (UoP) or 1.300 - 1.500 PLN daily (B2B contract)
