We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our team.
Job Description
- Design and develop email campaigns using HTML and CSS to create visually appealing and responsive email layouts optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
- Improve and maintain email templates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and enhancing user experience.
- Incorporate critical information such as terms and conditions, bonuses, and promotional details into email content while ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Perform thorough quality checks on final emails to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Optimize email deliverability by managing sender reputation, configuring authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and monitoring inbox placement rates.
- Identify and mitigate spam trigger words and phrases in email content to improve deliverability and avoid spam filters.
- Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and implement continuous improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as email marketing manager.
- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design and development.
- Experience with the gambling field is a plus.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including managing spam filters and authentication protocols.
- Ability to craft compelling email content, including promotional offers and legal information like terms and conditions.
- Detail-oriented with experience in quality assurance for email campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive email optimization.
