Your responsibilities:
- Assembly of SMT and THT electronic components – manually and using a pick-and-place (P&P) machine; soldering, inspection, and rework.
- Operation of pick-and-place machine – program preparation, component loading, placement control.
- Operation of reflow oven – setting parameters, profile and soldering quality control.
- Rework and modifications of prototypes according to engineers’ instructions.
- Management of the electronic component warehouse: receiving, storage, kitting, MSD/MSL control, inventories.
- Preparation and crimping of cable harnesses, continuity testing, documentation compliance.
- Verification of deliveries from subcontractors – MOI, documentation.
- Functional and electrical testing of modules – measurements, communication, commissioning.
- Participation in environmental tests: TVAC, vibration, climatic, radiation – sample preparation, reporting.
- Work in compliance with ESD, FOD, 5S, traceability procedures for EM/QM/FM units.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Technical secondary education: electronics or a related field.
- High precision and manual dexterity.
- Accuracy, meticulousness, and responsibility.
- Experience in SMT/THT assembly and manual soldering under a microscope.
- Knowledge of electronic components and ability to identify them based on markings, schematics, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens.
- Ability to assess PCBA from EMS: MOI inspection, knowledge of IPC Class 3, documentation analysis, AOI and X-ray image interpretation.
- Understanding of MSD/MSL, ESD/FOD, 5S principles and experience working in high-reliability environments.
- Knowledge of technical English – ability to read documentation and participate in training.
- Category B driving license.
Nice to have:
- IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620 certifications.
- Experience with ECSS-Q-ST-70-08, ECSS-Q-ST-70-38 standards.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
- Interest in space technologies and willingness to develop in the high-reliability electronics sector.
