About the position

We’re hiring an EDI Analyst based in Poland. This is a key role within our global IT team, where you’ll play an important part in integrating systems with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and public authorities.
You’ll be supported by our external EDI providers (Seeburger, Accenture) to deliver top-tier IT services across more than 60 markets where Flora Food Group operates.
You’ll help drive forward our ambitious roadmap of e-Invoicing and B2G (Business-to-Government) projects over the coming years.
Your main responsibility will be onboarding new business partners - designing, testing, and implementing new EDI messages to ensure smooth integration.
As part of a team of five EDI Analysts, you’ll ensure the availability and reliability of EDI flows for 600 customers, 30 warehouse systems (WMS), and 20 transport carriers.
You’ll also collaborate closely with IT teams responsible for platforms and architecture to make sure business needs are met effectively.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
You have at least 3 years of experience working with SAP integration and EDI.
You pay close attention to detail and understand EDIFACT messages like ORDER, ORDRSP, DESADV, and INVOIC.
You have strong knowledge of SAP iDocs and best practices - this is essential, as you’ll play a key role in connecting Flora Food with its partners through integrated business processes.
You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple requests at once.
You’re able to manage several projects at the same time and work independently when needed.
You communicate fluently in English and have a very good command of Polish.
