About This Opportunity
The Site Leader is responsible for the strategic, operational, and cultural leadership of Kaseya’s Kraków products and technology site, home to 400+ technical professionals. This leader will be instrumental in positioning Kaseya as an employer of choice in the region, aligning local execution with global objectives, and fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.
What You’ll Own
Strategic Site Leadership
· Champion Kaseya’s position as a top-tier employer in Kraków’s highly competitive technology landscape.
· Establish and manage operating rhythms that drive organizational alignment, accelerate execution, and enhance team productivity.
· Integrate local workplace culture with Kaseya’s global values and operating principles, ensuring consistency across geographies.
HR Organizational Effectiveness and Engagement
· Structure teams and reporting relationships across Kaseya to enable speed, agility, and innovation, while maintaining strong alignment with global engineering and business functions.
· Collaborate with the talent acquisition teams to build and promote a compelling employer brand; ensure talent strategies and staffing plans meet evolving product development needs.
· Partner with global total rewards teams to implement market-relevant, locally competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with global equity standards.
· Design and implement targeted engagement and retention strategies to foster a thriving culture, increase employee engagement, and minimize attrition.
Operational Leadership
· Act as the primary interface between Kraków site operations and global headquarters, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
· Ensure full compliance with all applicable Polish labor laws, EU regulations, and corporate policies.
· Collaborate with global Facilities, IT, Security, and Finance teams to ensure flawless execution of all site-related initiatives, infrastructure investments, and operational priorities.
What You Bring
• 8+ years progressive leadership experience with 5+ years in senior HR roles supporting technology organizations
• Strong background in software development environments with understanding of engineering roles and career progression
• Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across matrix organizations
• Fluent in English and Polish (Belarusian or Ukrainian a plus)
• Deep understanding of Polish employment law and European HR practices
• Comfort managing various system and budgets
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Cultural sensitivity with experience bridging American corporate culture with European work styles
