About the Role
App developers are locked into restrictive store policies, losing 30–40% of revenue to platform fees. This role is about pioneering compliant, alternative payment solutions that empower developers and create new monetization paths.
As Director, you will have full ownership of the vertical—strategy, P&L, team, and partnerships. You will use ZEN’s entire ecosystem (payments, accounts, payouts, wallets) to deliver global solutions for app developers.
Responsibilities
Lead global strategy for alternative app monetization.
Develop in-app payments, microtransactions, and subscriptions outside legacy store systems.
Partner with leading developers and ecosystems worldwide.
Build and lead a dedicated vertical team with commercial and product focus.
Ensure compliance across markets and scale rapidly.
Requirements
10+ years in app monetization, digital distribution, or fintech.
Strong understanding of app store ecosystems and compliance.
Global network with developers and distributors.
Ability to deliver transformative solutions at scale.
Expected Impact After 12–24 Months
