A leading global SaaS company is looking for a Digital Demo Content Specialist to support their Global Solution Consulting Organization. You’ll join the Digital Demo Innovation Team, focused on scaling digital selling through high-quality, engaging content. This is a key role in a fast-growing area of the business, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on global enablement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and standardize demo content in the Consensus platform
Edit, QA, and publish videos and eLearning assets
Coordinate translation of content using AI-based tools
Track and report on content performance and usage metrics
Maintain content libraries (e.g., SPOT, GDrive) and upload long-form media
Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent content quality and standards
Support internal content creators and monitor contributions
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
2+ years using multimedia or instructional design tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva, Google Slides)
Strong video editing skills (Camtasia, Adobe Suite)
Familiarity with Highspot, Smartsheet, and agile project workflows
Excellent organizational, QA, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to AI-based translation tools (e.g., HeyGen)
Passion for content design, structure, and optimization
