The Opportunity
The Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement Team is on a journey to create and develop fully automated reporting systems that will replace legacy reports, helping Worldline accelerate towards the goal of increased data-led decision making. We proactively support business leaders & operational managers to access service performance insights, which complement the reports provided by the operational tools. By transforming, enriching and visualising data from business applications we will identify under-performance, create actionable insights and deliver improvement initiatives, in a process controlled environment, which will enable Worldline to raise customer and business outcomes to the next level.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Extracting and processing data from business applications and reporting solutions.
- Working with the rest of the team to specify and create reporting systems to access supply and demand data.
- Working with multiple stakeholders across the CS organisation to collect and validate staff availability and assignment inputs.
- Working across the full organisation to build and develop effective and robust workload estimation systems.
- Producing utilisation data models that can inform load balancing and staffing decisions.
- Supporting operational management to build data-led business cases for resource adjustments. Working effectively within the RA&CI team to deliver a transparent and predictable book of work in a highly professional environment.
Who Are We Looking For

- Fluency in English is a must;
- First experience in data analysis/data mining;
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be a big plus;
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to details to ensure data accuracy; Ability to collaborate efficiently with different teams to ensure smooth communication related to their future needs.
