Here's the deal

‍You are an experienced data platform specialist with strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of ITIL processes. You have hands-on experience with BI tools and database development, combined with excellent problem-solving abilities that enable you to keep data platforms running smoothly.

You thrive in environments where you can solve technical challenges, work directly with business users, and ensure data quality while implementing new platform functionalities and supporting DevOps processes.

Platform Operations & Support
‍

• Monitor the operation and processes of data ingestion into Data Warehouses
• Solve problems, resolve requests, and handle them efficiently in IT support ticket systems
• Signal deviations, report disruptions, and quickly resolve identified issues in functionality, reliability, and performance
• Ensure smooth operations and maintain data accuracy across all BI platforms

Technical Implementation & Development
‍

• Develop and optimize databases, including creating stored procedures and tables
• Execute ad hoc queries and maintain database repositories with attention to detail
• Support DevOps processes and implement CI/CD pipelines, including Azure Data Factory pipelines
• Create reports and implement changes to existing solutions using Power BI

Platform Administration & Maintenance

• Perform basic platform and user administration tasks
• Test and implement new platform functionalities to enhance system capabilities
• Maintain data quality standards and ensure proper data validation processes
• Work with Azure Data Factory for pipeline creation and maintenance

Client Support & Communication
‍

• Maintain contact and collaboration with colleagues and business users
• Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Work effectively in cross-functional teams, coordinating with IT, business analysts, and other stakeholders
• Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions through data interpretation

We expect you to have

Professional Experience
‍

• Recent experience with SQL and SQL optimization techniques
• Hands-on experience with BI tools for reporting and analysis
• Strong skills in database development and maintenance
• Understanding of Service Desk processes and support lines

Technical Expertise
‍

• General knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, particularly in pipeline creation and maintenance
• Working knowledge of stored procedures and database development
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake is a plus
• Familiarity with Python would be an advantage

Compensation

B2B Contract | 10,000 - 16,000 PLN net monthly

Compensation within this range reflects your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and contribution to platform stability.
