Customer Service Specialist

What will you do - Responsibilities:


  • Accurate execution of sales orders, in compliance with contracts, price lists and company’s sales strategy
  • Issuing sales documents, ensuring correctness and completeness of documentations by using available or creating new control reports (SAP, Excel)
  • Issuing invoices which reconcile contracts, checking the correctness and completeness of the process, ensuring compliance with internal controls and contracts
  • Analysis of product availability (SAP, Excel), preparing reports on sales portfolio
  • Managing the sales platform, ensuring correct products availability in accordance with the company's strategy and concluded contracts, preparing control reports and analysis
  • Handle customer complaints in compliance with procedures, monitoring and control the process, issuing documents
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers
  • Prepare reports (control, supporting, operational), analysis
  • Initiate and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, testing and implementing new solutions
  • Participate in onboarding of new customers and new delivery place (prepare tools and systems for the execution of sales in compliance with the contract)
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, health and safety standards, and internal policies

Who are we looking for - Requirements


  • At least one year of experience in the field of Customer Service
  • English language proficiency at B2 level – a mandatory requirement
  • Very good command of Microsoft Excel – a mandatory requirement
  • Familiarity with SAP (especially the O2C module) – highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle rapidly changing tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
