Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Customer Service Center Junior Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Kielce. The role involves providing customer support to business clients for technical issues related to payment terminals (POS) and other electronic payment services. The team is collaborative and focused on delivering excellent service. After the onboarding period, there is an option for hybrid work, with two days remote and three days in the office.
The offered contract is a temporary replacement agreement for the duration of an employee’s absence.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Handling customer support for business clients (Merchants) via phone, email, and live chat, including diagnosing technical issues with payment terminals (POS) and providing guidance to customers during payment operations and reconciliation processes.
- Processing complaints.
- Providing support to technicians during the installation and servicing of terminals.
- Offering support related to electronic payments, loyalty systems, GSM top-ups, and bill payments

Essential Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of computer usage, specifically MS Office (Windows 10).
- Availability and willingness to work in a three-shift system (24/7/365), with the majority of shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Basic understanding of computer network functioning.
- Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations.
- High personal culture, ease of building relationships, and excellent communication skills with customers.
