Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers by phone regarding existing agreements
- Handling customer service requests
- Building maintaining and developing business relationships with customers
- Ensuring the quality of provided services
- Identifying customer needs
- Actively selling and recommending additional services based on an individual review of the customer’s offer
- Maintaining customer profitability at the agreed level
- Preparing contract annexes for customers
- Completing additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- Minimum secondary education (higher education preferred)
- Ability to work in a team and perform under pressure
- Building a positive company image
- Quick learning ability
- High personal culture strong communication skills and fluency in speech
- Good diction and proper language usage
- Motivation to achieve set goals
- Fluent polish language
Professional Experience:
- At least one year of experience in business customer service
- Good computer skills including MS Office and Excel
