Do Twoich obowiązków należeć będzie:
- Obsługa klientów Customer Service Center (mailowo, telefonicznie oraz przez chat).
- Terminowe udzielanie profesjonalnych odpowiedzi na zapytania klientów, tak aby utrzymać wysoki poziom satysfakcji klienta.
- Obsługa spraw konsumentów (ticketów): dokumentacja, aktualizacja, komunikacja, eskalacja, monitorowanie.
- Współpraca z partnerami wewnętrznymi.
Nasze wymagania:
- Znajomość języka niemieckiego na poziomie C1.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum A2.
- Otwartość na zdobywanie nowej wiedzy i umiejętności.
- Umiejętność obsługi komputera.
- Umiejętność efektywnej pracy w dynamicznym środowisku.
- Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym, obejmującym 8-godzinne zmiany w godzinach od 9:00 do 18:00 i pracę w soboty (max 2 razy w miesiącu).
