Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to lead a high-performing sales team? Corteva Agriscience, a global leader in sustainable agriculture, is looking for a Crop Protection Sales Manager to join our team in Poland.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a team of sales professionals across Poland, driving performance and growth in the Crop Protection segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Technical teams.

Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in sales in the agriculture sector and in the crop protection segment.
Strong knowledge of the Polish agricultural market and customer landscape.
At least 5 years of experience leading high performance sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Willingness to travel across Poland.
