We are seeking a CRM Analyst who will support the implementation of Programme One, a global initiative aimed at enabling seamless data sharing and harmonized dashboard reporting across all digital touchpoints—including CRM, ecommerce, subscriptions, loyalty, and D2C. You will act as the key liaison between Central Europe and Global Digital & Tech Teams, ensuring seamless execution, high data quality, and actionable performance reporting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and align with Local, Global Digital and Tech partners to support the delivery and local execution of Programme One.
- Represent Central Europe’s needs and priorities in global working sessions, ensuring market-relevant metrics and data structures are respected.
- Provide ongoing feedback on dashboard usability, defining success metrics, and reporting gaps to the global team.
- Map and validate KPIs across platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Amasty, Magento.
- Ensure data consistency and quality for CRM performance reporting across owned digital touchpoints.
- Support dashboard testing and onboarding for local market users.
- Deliver recurring CRM performance analysis post-dashboard launch, including analysis and insights for key stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between Programme One outputs and the existing CRM and analytics ecosystem.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in CRM, digital analytics, or marketing operations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Analytics (Salesforce Certified Administrator certificate) and familiarity with Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to map, validate, and interpret critical metrics from multiple platforms.
- Analytical approach and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills for reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
