We are looking for a proactive and creative Corporate Communications & Social Media Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand-building strategies through social media, as well as creating engaging content for both internal communication channels. You will closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify relevant topics and communicate them with clarity and impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for brand building via social media platforms
- Independently create compelling social media content tailored for different channels (text, photo, simple graphics, video)
- Independently develop content for internal portals (intranet), including information, announcements, campaign materials, and newsletters
- Actively seek out and research topics within the company that have potential for external or internal communication
- Design simple graphics and visuals for emails and social media as needed (Canva, Figma)
- Create promotional and informational content to support internal communications efforts
- Work closely and collaboratively within the team, as well as with various internal stakeholders
- Ensure that all communication is consistent, engaging, and aligned with company values
- Communicate fluently in both English and Polish, in writing and verbally
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously; exhibit discipline, diligence, and attention to detail
Requirements
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
- Ability to independently create and adapt content for both internal (intranet, e-mail) and external (social media, website) channels
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma or similar)
- Team player with a disciplined and reliable approach to work
- Experience in working with internal stakeholders and managing communications projects
