Your Tasks
- Participate in the Dürr Group Graduate Program in Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Governance, starting in October 2025;
- The 16-month program offers deep insights into the design and optimization of modern internal control systems and the implementation of governance structures within a publicly traded company;
- Support in designing processes that not only meet regulatory requirements but also support the strategic goals of the company;
- Collaborate with international teams to develop effective control measures to systematically identify and mitigate risks;
- Analyze and evaluate the efficiency of existing systems with the opportunity to propose innovative solutions;
- 4-month overseas placement to deepen global governance perspectives and practices;
- Personal mentoring by senior leaders with extensive experience in ICS and Governance;
- At the end of the program, we will jointly determine your target position within the company.
Your Skills
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on ICS/Governance;
- Practical experience in developing or evaluating control systems in a demanding corporate environment;
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into effective processes;
- Fluent in German and English;
- Strong analytical skills and a keen sense for efficient process design;
- Solid IT skills to support the automation of control processes;
- High motivation and willingness to take responsibility.
