Contracts Specialist
We are looking for an open-minded and well-organised individual to join our dynamic Contract Lifecycle Management Team. As a Contract Specialist you will be following the life cycle of the contract, from the beginning of the supply until the end, ensuring the formal correctness of the formal documentation and of the data into the SAP and other global systems and applications.
The position is a fixed- term contract for 18 months
The Opportunity:
You will prepare, check and submit proper contractual documentations to the customers
You will ensure correct and timely update and maintenance of contracts: amendments/renewals/extensions/prolongation
You will ensure the preparation, sending, receiving and archiving of all the administrative documentation required at the start of delivery and at the various phases of the life cycle of the contract, through the effective use of the document management system
You will cooperate with clients for the proper circulation of contracts, agreements and annexes;
You will prepare serial annexes changing the generation of reagents;
You will be responsible for the valuation of equipment: for insurance in response to customer demand and for company;
You will be monitoring new equipments from warranty replacements in the field of peripheral equipment (low-value equipment);
You will be monitoring, transferring and updating the used equipment base in the register of fixed assets
Who you are:
University degree
At least 2 years of relevant work experience (i.e. logistics, projects management, commercial environment);
Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Fiscal and Statutory Principles
Good knowledge of tender process, management of contracts and Fixed Assets would be a plus
Microsoft Office, Agiloft and deep SAP knowledge is an asset
Proficient in Polish and English
Careful in work, alert, honest and result-oriented.
Problem solving mindset and proactive approach
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Strong communication skills, for both internal as customer communication
