Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and distributing internal communication materials, such as newsletters, announcements, videos, and IT roadmaps.
- Support the development and maintenance of the team's SharePoint page.
- Collaborate with team members to gather information and create content for various communication channels.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating team events.
- Designing and editing visual materials, such as videos, presentations, or infographics.
- Assist in developing change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of new technologies or processes within the organization.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an individual with an analytical mind and excellent communication skills, who is passionate about new technologies and curious about how the business can benefit from our solutions.
Skills/Experience:
- A business background with an interest in technology or a technical background with a willingness to grow soft/consulting skills.
- Very Good English copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to transform information into engaging content.
- Experience in community management through creative content creation and storytelling, particularly with videos.
- Excellent presentation skills, with mastery of PowerPoint.
- A collaborative team player.
- An analytical mind with excellent communication skills, able to explain technical details in an easy language.
- Self-driven, proactive, organized, and attentive to details.
- Very good English (written and oral), communicates easily in English speaking working environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video recording & editing is a plus.
