MAIN PURPOSE
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Category Management activities by applying Category Management principles in collaboration with the Customer Development team to drive category and Colgate-Palmolive growth.
- Analyze market data to identify category opportunities that boost demand, support trade strategies, and accelerate sales.
- Assist in implementing solutions from the activity grid and track the launch of new products to ensure successful execution of customer and development initiatives.
- Support the Sales Growth Planning process for designated categories, providing insights and analysis to enable growth strategies.
- Participate in Joint Business Planning and workshops alongside the Customer Development team to foster mutual growth with key customers.
- Co-organize sales conferences, head office events, and internal newsletters in partnership with the Customer Development team.
- Use information systems and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Attend store visits, customer meetings, and workshops as part of the team, contributing to presentations to strategic customers.
Competencies & Experience Required:
- University degree required.
- Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably within Category Management, Trade, Shopper Marketing, or Sales.
- Ability to support customer presentations and business reviews.
- Strong analytical skills and effective interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (advanced level preferred).
- Experience with analytical and planning software (such as NIQ, GfK, YouGov, or planogram tools) is advantageous.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
