We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Digital Specialist to support the creation and management of program and offer documentation, customer experience metrics, and Jira-based digital workflows. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement across commercial deployment activities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with CX metrics and survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics).
- Working knowledge of JIRA.
- Ability to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- Clear communication and storytelling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with CX, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Customer-centric approach and strategic thinking.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Polish.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Create and update program terms & conditions (approx. 6 per month).
- Create and update offer terms & conditions (approx. 12 per month).
- Monitor Channel NPS and Brand NPS regularly.
- Prepare quarterly NPS reports and set up NPS dashboards.
- Manage taxonomy setup including tags, topic mapping, verbatim reading, and classification.
- Prepare matrix offers for lead landing pages.
- Monitor newly registered Digital Solutions tickets, verify task types, team assignments, and justification fields.
- Correct errors and educate requestors on proper ticket handling.
- Archive unnecessary tasks upon request.
- Manage access issues, including granting and troubleshooting.
- Verify inactive Jira users and send activation requests.
- Handle technical issues and submit support tickets to Jira.
- Request and test changes to Jira workflows and fields.
- Update task reporters, filters, and team names during organizational changes.
- Adjust dashboard filters for epics and BAU transitions.
- Create and configure Kanban boards and Gantt charts for PMs and BAU owners.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to Jira users.
