We’re looking for a Client KYC/Regulatory Onboarding Specialist to:
- execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and compete manner
- work across teams and functions to get the best solution or course of action
- ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and with internal polices and contracts
- support digital transformation
Your team
You’ll be working in the ICLS Client Onboarding Fulfillment Team in Krakow responsible for owning the client data and mastering it across ICLS applications. You will run and resolve investigations related to regulatory compliance. In the further perspective you will be responsible for data input for all the onboarding stages involving: KYC, Regulatory and Tax compliance. You will maintain cross regional cooperation with other Fulfillment teams located in US, India and China as well with other onboarding parties: Client Engagement and Authorized Approvals.
Your expertise
- at least 1-2 years of experience in financial area
- general AML-KYC regulatory knowledge will be an asset
- ability to work on multiple deadlines and prioritizing while maintaining high level of accuracy
- quick learning skills and eagerness to broaden your knowledge in KYC/Regulatory/Tax area
- interest in digitalization and being open for learning new technologies, working with multiple applications
- creative thinking and flexibility in solving the problems, looking for improvements
- ability to communicate effectively with the business area contacts
- fluent English
- Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent
