Client Data Analyst, Client Intelligence
Wroclaw, Poland
The Client Intelligence Team is part of the Reinsurance Strategic Team organization, works as a strategic and research analytical Team supporting in executing the Client Management, Broker Management, Marketing and Underwriting strategy. You will be part of the team which will support the execution of the underwriting strategy and strategic projects for Reinsurance segment. The Data Analyst role is key in ensuring that the Client Intelligence team goals are achieved on Client Management, Broker Management, Data strategy and key strategic research. The Data Analyst must demonstrate outstanding analytical skills to perform data analysis on operational data from external and internal sources, interpreting the data, doing root cause analysis and reporting to respective stakeholders. The role requires working across the organization, supporting strategic business initiatives.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Work with big data environment – providing analysis, metrics and reports supporting client management framework.
- Understand the relevant data from our systems and carry out all required data analysis.
- Develop complex SQL scripts to retrieve data from strategic systems.
- Develop tools based on stakeholder requirements that can be leveraged by other teams / regions.
- Elicit qualitative and quantitative data and use advanced analytics, and future looking insights to gain a deeper understanding of client / broker portfolio, producing actionable business recommendations.
- Use a range of data and research analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, Qlik, Python, Infographics to produce meaningful dashboards and presentations for stakeholders at every level.
- Work independently to deliver a range of high-value analytics projects.
- Work on larger scale projects and initiatives with wider business and key stakeholders, applying technical depth and breadth of knowledge.
- Improve the existing process through continuous improvement ideas and implementing them successfully.
- Share the BI & Visualization expertise and best practices with colleagues across the organization.
- Work with the Head of Client Intelligence to leverage Team's capabilities and build team footprint across the organization.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- University degree or relevant experience (related to data administration & analysis)
- Experience in data area (preferred Data management or Data Quality)
- Advanced in SQL with the good understanding of database structures
- Excellent data processing and technical skills, knowledge of Excel, SQL, BI tools, Python.
- Expert knowledge for Power Bi, Power Apps environment with practical experience
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- outstanding experience of working within a Customer/Client facing role collating and analyzing data/insights (i.e., research, surveys, analysis etc.)
- Literate Microsoft Office user, particularly Word and Excel, but also comfortable using and producing high quality presentations via PowerPoint
- Previous stakeholder management with the ability to confidently communicate with a variety of stakeholders across the business and wider group
- Able to work to tight deadlines, and to evidence consistent delivery, in line with agreed timescales
- Proven ability to manage larger scale projects and initiatives with hands on experience of working in projects managed with Agile methodology
