We are looking for someone like that to:

• review and process static data changes on client records
• ensure that client documentation corresponds with data in the system
• support client advisors with administrative tasks triggered by client lifecycle events
• be responsible for running control reports, flagging and resolving any errors in daily processes, identifying and escalating risk
• take responsibility for appropriate escalation and coordinate resolution of identified issues with relevant parties
• collaborate effectively with partner functions to enhance the process and eliminate recurring issues / exceptions

You’ll be working in the Client Data Maintenance Team that services IB clients globally. As a part of the Maintenance Team, you will ensure that client data that we maintain in the system is up to date and correct. You will run controls and resolve investigations related to client data quality. On a daily basis you will be in contact with both external and internal clients as we interact with multiple teams across the Bank.

You have:

• excellent communication skills and attention to details
• fluent English
• experience in quality client service delivery
• pragmatic "can do" attitude
• innovative approach to solving day-to-day process problems
• basic MS Excel skills, e.g. Vlookup, Pivot Tables
• basic knowledge of AML and KYC (would be an additional asset)
