Responsibilities:
- Ongoing contact with customers appearing in the company's products.
- Researching the client's needs in order to present the offer page.
- Solving problems reported by customers.
- Building a long-term relationship with the client based on trust.
- Analyzing and establishing an action strategy.
- Realization of sales targets (KPI).
Requirements:
- Knowledge of German min. C1.
- Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2.
- Experience in online sales / marketing / customer service.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research customer needs.
- Knowledge of the CRM system is welcome.
