The Oppurtinity:
We are currently looking for a Backoffice Specialist with German to join our growing team supporting business operations for our key markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and accurate customer onboarding and maintenance processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Set-up and maintenance of new and existing customers in our systems.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
- Independent processing of requests from our customers, partners and third parties, according to our SLA’s and quality requirements.
- Make changes and additions to clients’ accounts.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies. Close cooperation with Sales Department.
Who Are We Looking For:

- Very good verbal and written business communication skills in German and English.
- Fluency in Polish.
- Organizational and conceptual skills and a strong client focus.
- Ability to perform data entry with little or no errors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization.
