Responsibilities
- Pipeline Assessment & Migration
- Review and assess 80+ existing projects and pipelines in Azure DevOps; prepare migration documentation for GitHub.
- Azure DevOps Management
- Manage, configure, and optimize Azure DevOps tools, services, and cloud infrastructure to support project delivery.
- CI/CD Operations & Support
- Provide operational support, troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, and resolve build and deployment issues.
- Architecture & Process Improvement
- Participate in architecture reviews, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to streamline workflows.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve delivery efficiency and DevOps practices.
- Security & Compliance
- Ensure all pipelines and environments follow cloud security best practices, including secrets management and identity/access controls.
- Reliability & Scalability
- Monitor systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, leveraging modern monitoring and alerting tools.
Requirements
- Communication Skills
- Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
- DevOps Expertise
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Azure DevOps Tools
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts).
- Tooling Experience
- Experience with GitHub, Azure Pipelines, Artifacts, SonarQube, monitoring, and incident management tools.
- Scripting Skills
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Microsoft Azure Services
- Hands-on experience with AKS, App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and ARM/Bicep templates.
- Infrastructure as Code
- Practical experience with Terraform and/or Bicep for infrastructure automation.
