We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure to join our innovative team focused on driving cutting-edge AI use cases for next-generation technology. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable, secure, and production-ready systems while streamlining the infrastructure that powers our AI applications.
The role involves working in a hybrid mode with 3 days from the office in Krakow.
Responsibilities
- Automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of reliable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate with data scientists, model developers, and quants to support the efficient deployment and monitoring of AI models and agentic frameworks
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored for various runtimes, ensuring smooth integration and deployment
- Develop APIs and backend services to support monitoring, security, and auditability of AI models and intelligent agents
- Support the scalability and performance optimization of AI and machine learning systems in production environments
- Maintain and enhance operational controls and governance processes while improving time to market for AI applications
- Build and manage a centralized model registry to centralize the lifecycle management of ML models across the organization
- Provide solutions for monitoring AI-driven applications to ensure top-notch performance and security compliance
- Partner with internal teams to design and deploy next-generation intelligent agentic systems that integrate LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data
- Optimize cloud costs and ensure high availability through proactive infrastructure management strategies
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering roles
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure DevOps and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and/or Bicep
- Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows for applications and models, with proficiency in tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Background in deploying and monitoring AI workloads in enterprise environments; familiarity with model monitoring tools/tools for ML lifecycle management
- Knowledge of security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and governance in cloud environments
- Capability to use monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor to ensure system reliability
