Join our team in the position of:
Automation Engineer (m/f)
in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska
(Temporary contract 12-18 months/mission)
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of subcontractor work on the construction site.
- Verification of subcontractor work against the established schedule.
- Verification of the subcontractor's scope of work on the construction site (compliance with guidelines and overall quality).
- Response to changes on the construction site, coordination of various subcontractors' work.
- Identification of risks and preparation of response plans for each risk.
- Support for the project team in the implementation of technology regarding I/O checks and testing of automated sequences.
- Technical support - verification of malfunctioning devices and reporting corrective actions to the appropriate subcontractors.
- Parameterization of automation devices.
- Implementing modifications, improvements, and writing new logic (based on guidelines).
- Implementing modifications, improvements, and creating new visualization graphics (based on guidelines).
- Analysis and implementation of corrections in electrical documentation.
- Creation of project documentation
Our expectations:
- Degree/diploma: engineering or technical bachelor discipline (mechanical, process, industrial engineering or similar)
- 5 years of experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing, consumer goods or automotive industry
- Professional experience with AB controllers.
- Professional experience with Aveva Wonderware.
- Professional experience in commissioning/start-ups.
- Professional experience in project management
- Ability to read, analyze, and correct electrical documentation.
- Work following defined objectives and proactively tracking them
- Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills
- Analytical skills in problem solving
- Upper-intermediate English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Certified electrical qualifications
Additional expectations:
- LEAN/TPM experience
- Problem-solving tools knowledge
- SAP knowledge will be an asset
- Valid sanitary results
