Currently, we are seeking an Associate People Operations Specialist to strengthen our team.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a quick learning aptitude, and a commitment to accuracy in task execution. Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and the ability to communicate effectively across different levels in the organization are key to excelling in this position.
This is a hybrid role, requiring work in the Warsaw, Wroclaw or Gdansk office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support within one of the core People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, depending on business needs
- Address and resolve employee inquiries using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and prompt responses
- Maintain and update employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance standards
- Ensure HR documentation and processes align with organizational policies and legal requirements
- Compile reports and data summaries to meet operational or compliance-related needs
- Cooperate with the broader People Team to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and support organizational initiatives
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of English at B2 level
- Proficiency in the Polish language
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and collaboration skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Background in working in multicultural environments is advantageous
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competency in meeting deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
