Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as an Associate Partner for Sustainability Advisory in Poland.
You will:
- Contribute to the service line vision and strategy development, identify new opportunities within the service line;
- Develop own client portfolio, active sales, extend the client base, service incoming lead and help to offer services to clients of our partners;
- Support team development, incl. participation in the recruitment of talent and support the growth of team members according to the strategic vision;
- Manage of project delivery – team management, project budget, and timeline management, client relationship management, instruct and guide of team members, quality control;
- Participate as an expert in projects of other teams and Civitta offices related to sustainability in your field of competence;
- Contribute to relevant company development tasks and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Sufficient working experience in environmental sustainability is a requirement (related fields such as: environment, energy and resource efficiency, climate policy) and experience in sustainability consulting is a great asset;
- Knowledge of at least one of following areas: Carbon footprint calculations; Life Cycle Assessment; EU sustainability-related regulations; ESG strategy setting; Climate impact mitigation and neutrality plans; Sustainability reporting frameworks (i.e. GRI, SASB, TCFD); Circular economy; Green innovation, sustainable business models, green product and service design;
- Ability to build client relationships and a sales pipeline;
- Leadership potential to build and develop a collaborative and high-performing team;
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects and complex processes autonomously;
- Desire to bring impact to your clients through fact-based recommendations and high-quality advisory;
- Fluent level of both written and spoken English language;
- Fluent level of Polish language.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 19000 PLN gross/month to 21000 PLN gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
