You will:
- Drive business development efforts by proactively identifying and securing new clients, demonstrating initiative and autonomy in building and maintaining robust client relationships;
- Lead end-to-end sustainability consulting projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and alignment with client goals and regulatory standards;
- Develop valid methodologies, guide analysis, and lead discussions and workshops with clients and internal teams;
- Manage project teams effectively, including task delegation, timeline oversight, budget control, and quality assurance;
- Mentor junior colleagues, contribute to talent development, and support recruitment initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in sustainability consulting, environmental strategy, ESG, or climate-related fields;
- Proven track record in one or more of the following areas: Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), carbon footprinting, ESG strategy and reporting, circular economy, sustainable business models, green innovation, climate risk assessment, or eco-design;
- Strong knowledge of EU sustainability legislation and global frameworks (e.g., CSRD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, SBTi, GHG Protocol, SDGs);
- Track record of leading multi-stakeholder sustainability projects, including strategic planning, reporting and/or policy analysis;
- Exceptional project management skills, including budget control, resource planning, and risk mitigation;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, both verbal and written;
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, eager to work in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
