Associate Customer Success Manager
Location: Poland, Gdynia | Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office) | Position: Full-time
LSEG is seeking an associate Customer Success Manager to support post-sales engagement and ensure clients derive maximum value from our solutions. This role is central to driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership by aligning our products with clients’ business goals. You will join a collaborative team passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving innovation in financial technology.
About the Role
The associate Customer Success Manager is responsible for guiding clients through the adoption of LSEG’s financial data and technology solutions. This includes delivering tailored training, interpreting usage data to identify risks or opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. You will need strong understanding of financial markets and the ability to translate product capabilities into meaningful outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customized engagements such as training sessions, workshops, and webinars to support product adoption.
- Analyze usage trends to identify at-risk accounts and recommend strategies to improve engagement.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring feedback is shared and commitments are fulfilled.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to support retention strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers in assigned portfolio.
- Leverage appropriate technology and resources to enhance overall customer experience (LSEG Academy, AI tools, Gainsight).
What We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a background in client-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; industry certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with Workspace, Salesforce, Gainsight is a plus.
Fluent English is critical in this client-facing role, fluency in any additional European language would be an advantage.
