Your Tasks
- Supporting the Head of Global Procurement in all relevant topics;
- Project-related support, or responsible processing of various strategic projects in the area or Global Procurement;
- Creation of decision templates and presentations;
- Project and Stakeholder Management;
- Interdisciplinary cross-departmental and cross-company coordination;
- Supporting the team in optimization of processes and implementation of internal projects to increase efficiency;
- Organization and coordination of meetings.
Your Skills
- Business administration/technical studies or comparable training with additional qualifications;
- Several years of experience in similar roles;
- Basic understanding of commercial and technical issues in machinery industry;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Knowledge of application programs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus);
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and resilience;
- Willingness to learn, can do attitude, independence and self-confidence;
- Capability to work both in the team and independently, target-oriented and ability to bring results even in difficult situations or high pressure;
- Fluent in English (B2+ level); additional languages (e.g., German, Mandarin, Italian, Spanish) are a plus;
- Intercultural competences in working with multicultural teams (Europe, Asia and America).
