With their award-winning app, they have been helping drivers save time and money since 2001, and through this partnership, we're taking our efforts to the next level. Your daily responsibilities
App Store Optimisation (ASO)
- Conduct keyword research using ASO tools (e.g. AppTweak) to identify high-potential search terms.
- Optimise app metadata, including title, subtitle, keyword fields, descriptions, and promotional text to improve rankings.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for creative assets (icons, screenshots, videos)
- Monitor and analyze app store performance and competitors' positioning to inform ASO strategy.
Localization & Internationalization
- Work with localisation vendors or internal stakeholders to adapt app store content to various languages and regions.
- Ensure that localised assets are culturally relevant and optimised for local search behaviour.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure ASO strategies align with app updates and feature releases.
- Coordinate with paid user acquisition (UA) and CRM teams to align ASO with broader marketing efforts.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as organic installs, conversion rates, keyword rankings, and retention to measure the impact of ASO efforts.
- Provide actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders using tools like App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and internal dashboards.
Competitor & Market Analysis
- Stay on top of industry trends, store algorithm updates, and competitor activity.
- Identify opportunities for app positioning or creative strategy improvements based on market insights.
We need you to have
- 2–4 years of experience in ASO, mobile growth marketing, or digital performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of app store ecosystems (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and ranking algorithms.
- Proficiency in ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak).
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and creative optimisation tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Play Console, App Store Connect, Firebase, or Mixpanel.
- Experience working with localisation projects across multiple markets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Would be great if you have
- Background in mobile gaming, lifestyle, fintech, or utilities categories.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to ASO.

- Mid: 9.000- 13.000 PLN gross on Employment Agreement
- Senior: 13.000- 18.000 PLN gross on Employment Agreement
