What you'll do
- Translates strategic business requirements into execution-focused initiatives for the team, including configuration and design.
- Develop business analysis (from analytical outcomes) to Support the generation of business insights and drive actions.
- Coordinating product improvements in the technical design/solution. • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions, leading to improved Product and service delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including vendors to design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing customer experience.
- End-to-End support of CAX solutions for key Knauf stakeholders.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, technical consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of CAX platforms, software customization, and industrial application workflows.
- Possessing strong communication skills to align teams and inspire confidence.
- Ability to quickly adjust strategies, plans, and mindset to navigate rapid changes is essential for success in our dynamic environment.
- Integral critical and systemic thinking skills, enabling sound decision-making by analyzing information, understanding interconnections, and developing effective strategies amidst complexities.
- Other Skills: Proficiency in English, German is a plus, Willingness for international travel.
