Accountant reporting to Poland Accounting Supervisor.
AP leader - external and intercompany purchase invoices.
Responsible for the timely filing of month end reports- vendors and creditors reports, goods in transit.
Posting accounting and financial documents.
Other Accounting roles accordingly to the local legislation.
Typical Accountabilities:
- Preparing data for VDEK declaration
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (payables)
- Participate in forecast and plan process
- Other accounting tasks
- Key role to align processes for new system Dynamics implemented in Poland
- Sharing best practises for financial controls
Required Skills & Experience:
- Finance degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent Excel skills
- English language -written and verbal
- Problem solving
- Experience with month end accounting processes
- Team player
- High level of responsibility and independence
- Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)
- Cognos (desirable)
- experience working in a multinational company (desirable)
- Experience working in a Matrix organization (desirable)
