YOUR ROLE
Are you ready to join a dynamic team that values innovation and efficiency while prioritizing our internal customers? As an Agreements Management Expert, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our internal agreements framework. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain and optimize agreements across all business units. Your key responsibilities will include designing and updating the annual roadmap for Agreements Management, ensuring it aligns with our organizational goals. You'll also help develop a consistent Service Commitment framework that clearly defines service standards and evaluates performance against them. In this ever-evolving environment, you’ll continuously seek improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance service quality. This role offers growth potential and a clear career path within our organization.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in business economics, business informatics, or a related field.
- Experience in process management, project management, agreements management, or quality management.
- Proven ability to conduct analytical reviews and work accurately with structured data sets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages, especially German, is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders from various functions at country, regional, and global levels.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, risks, and timelines effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Independent, results-oriented, and a team player.
